Who is responsible
The controller is KOSLOGIC — ΜΑΡΚΟΥ ΔΗΜ. ΜΙΧΑΗΛ, VAT number EL130649964, Zipari, Kos, 85300, Dodecanese, Greece. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@koslogic.com or +30 22421 42236 ↗.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Company, phone number and industry are optional. We use these details to understand and respond to your enquiry and to send an acknowledgement with a copy of your message to the email address you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive data. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Purpose and legal basis
When you ask about a potential project or service, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General correspondence and protection against misuse are based on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and maintaining a secure service (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights. Where a legal obligation applies, the relevant processing is based on Article 6(1)(c).
Technical and security information
The server receives technical request information needed to deliver the site and protect the contact form. Rate limiting uses short-lived hashed identifiers; a shared limit is used unless a trusted hosting proxy supplies client addresses. The form uses a short-lived verification challenge to reduce automated submissions. These mechanisms do not create advertising profiles. Operational application logs use fixed error codes rather than message contents.
Who can receive information
Enquiries are handled by authorized people responsible for responding at KOSLOGIC. Hosting, email delivery and technical support providers may process information as necessary to operate these services, under appropriate arrangements. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary for legal claims. We do not sell enquiry data.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is retained while the request is being handled and for any further period justified by the resulting relationship, legal obligations or legal claims. Unnecessary information should be deleted when those purposes end. The website's form-verification challenge expires after ten minutes and rate-limit windows last fifteen minutes. Privacy preferences expire after 180 days. Email-provider and hosting retention depends on the service used; you can contact us for information relevant to your request.
International processing
If a service involves processing outside the European Economic Area, an applicable transfer mechanism is required, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You may request information about the recipients and safeguards relevant to your enquiry. The website does not load third-party advertising or analytics services.
Planned analytics and advertising services
We plan to use Google Tag Manager to manage optional services: Google Analytics to understand website use, Google Ads to measure campaigns and support advertising audiences, and Meta Pixel for campaign measurement and personalized advertising. None of these services is currently installed or receiving data from this website. When configured, optional measurement and advertising will rely on your prior consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and applicable rules for terminal storage/access. Declining will not prevent contact or browsing. These services may process device/browser information, page interactions, identifiers and network information, potentially involving profiling and international transfers. Before activation, the actual providers, settings, retention and transfer safeguards will be documented and fresh consent requested. Contact-form contents will not be sent to advertising or analytics tools.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to info@koslogic.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests are normally answered within one month; any lawful extension will be explained.
Complaints and updates
You can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr ↗ or the supervisory authority competent for you. There is no solely automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects through this website. This notice may be updated when processing changes; the revision date appears on this page.
