Can handheld ordering cover outdoor tables?

That depends on the wireless design, construction, interference and the devices used. Outdoor service areas should be included in the survey and tested with the actual ordering application.

Can orders be routed to different kitchen and bar stations?

Supported POS and kitchen systems can route items according to the service configuration. Menu structure, modifiers and preparation rules should be mapped and tested with the operating team.

What if a payment or order does not complete?

Staff need a documented way to check status before repeating an action. Offline and retry behavior vary by application and payment provider; those scenarios belong in acceptance testing.

Can staff training happen before launch?

Training should use the configured menu and realistic tasks before live service. Role permissions, corrections, shift close and escalation instructions are useful parts of the handover.
