Conceptual architecture · adapted to each environment
01 / THE OPERATION

Connect the visit from beginning to end.

Booking, access and checkout need to work for both the customer and the front desk. The software workflow should reflect the services you provide.

02 / THE OPERATION

The space is part of the service.

Connectivity, environmental control and building systems support the everyday operation of gyms, spas and beauty spaces.

03 / THE OPERATION

Connect the appointment to the visit.

Booking, arrival, access and checkout should follow the services offered by the studio. Review how memberships, individual appointments and changes are recorded, and which team owns each step. Identify interfaces before assuming that a booking application can directly control entry or payments.

04 / THE OPERATION

Keep the environment easy to operate.

Lighting, temperature and connectivity should support the working day without adding complex tasks for reception. Where automation is appropriate, agree operating schedules, staff overrides and fault escalation. Plan maintenance around sessions and ensure the team can continue with understood manual procedures.

FAQ.

Practical details to help you plan your next step.

Can booking and membership systems be connected?

Integration depends on the products and available interfaces. Membership status, appointment changes and the records that must stay synchronized should be defined first.

Can entry be linked to a membership?

A supported connection may enable this, but access hardware, application behavior and exception procedures must be assessed. Lost credentials and temporary access also need a process.

Can a studio improve comfort through automation?

Suitable building controls can support agreed schedules and operator adjustments. Compatibility with existing equipment and a practical manual override are part of the design.

Can installation happen between sessions?

A phased schedule may be possible depending on cabling and system dependencies. Agree the affected areas, testing time and operational handover before scheduling work.
